    The sessions in your account do not expire as long as all monthly payments are made. You can use them at any time.
  • Can I use the rollover sessions in any way I prefer?
    Yes, you can use the rollover sessions in any way you prefer. Some clients use this opportunity to try more sessions per week for a period, while others save the rollover sessions for future use.
  • What happens if I choose a program with 8 sessions per month (2x per week) for 6 months?
    If you choose a program with 8 sessions per month (2 sessions per week) for 6 months and make your first payment on October 5th, your next billing date would be November 5th. On this date, another 8 sessions would be credited to your account. If you do not use all your sessions in a month, the unused sessions will roll over into your account. Upon your last payment on March 5th. You would receive your final 8 sessions into your account. And any prior sessions not used from the months before will be in your account to use whenever you need. In this example, you have paid for a total of 48 sessions.
  • Can I change my program after it has started?
    Yes, you can change your program after it has started. Please contact us to discuss your needs, and we will adjust your plan accordingly.
  • How do the personal training programs work?
    Upon initial payment, you will receive a specified number of sessions in your account based on your chosen program. The date of this first payment will become your "billing date" for each subsequent month throughout the duration of your program.
  • What if I don't use all my personal training sessions in a month?
    If you do not use all your personal training sessions in a month, the unused sessions will roll over into your account. For example, if you have 2 unused sessions from the previous month, they will be added to the new month's sessions, giving you a total of 10 sessions (for the 8-session program), 6 sessions (for the 4-session program), or 14 sessions (for the 12-session program).
  • Do I lose any sessions from the previous month?
    No, you never lose sessions from the previous month. Once all monthly payments are made, the sessions in your account do not expire and can be used at any time.
  • What happens if I choose a program with 12 sessions per month (3x per week) for 3 months?
    If you choose a program with 12 sessions per month (3 sessions per week) for 3 months and make your first payment on October 5th, your next billing date would be November 5th. On this date, another 12 sessions would be credited to your account. If you do not use all your sessions in a month, the unused sessions will roll over into your account. Upon your last payment on December 5th. You would receive your final 12 sessions int your account. And any prior sessions not used from the months before will be in your account to use whenever you need. In this example, you have paid for a total of 36 sessions.

    The cost of a one-to-one personal training package varies depending on your location, the time of day you would like to train, session frequency, and your total package length. As a result, each training package is designed and customized for each client. However, Steven rewards commitment by offering a discount on large packages.
